Manage TOG business commercial activities related to advancing Syngenta(and other) products based on Outstanding network of the group 2. Professional understanding of Seeds /Plant protections products: a. Herbicides b. Fungicides c. Insecticides d. Plant treatment e. Seeds(Hybrids) CORN, Rapeseeds , Sunflower seeds Wheat , etc 3. Work to together with Purchasing Managers ,Chiefs of Silos , Chief EXC. Points of TOG on all activities related to ∙ Establishing systems of Promoting the products in order to capture the raw material for the crushing plants ∙ Manage the Project entirely , ∙ Assistance with the development of logistics, contracts, execution ∙ Provide commercial requirements for projects and exploration activities. 4. New business – provide the commercial input for all new TOG business opportunities including acquisitions, sales , of Syngenta products 5. Reporting SKILLS • An agriculture background /Agronomist + project management . • Must have strong conflict management, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. • Multi-tasking skills with an ability to create and meet established deadlines. • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. • Highly motivated, dependable and goal oriented.
